Title: Producer Intern (Summer 2022)

What did you do during your internship?
I was responsible for helping with all aspects of game production for the new Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League game. That included development, QA, marketing, art, brand management, legal, voice acting, and many others!

What projects did you work on this summer?
I developed a predictive model that would allow future game development teams to predict how complex a game would be to develop and by extension how many resources would be needed to develop them.

Any recruiting advice?
There are very few production roles available for MBA interns as far as I can tell, particularly in gaming. The best advice I can offer is to be vigilant and thorough in job searching, reach out and create a network of people involved in the industry, and try to learn as much as possible about the role and industry.

Also, the Warner Bros EMS course was invaluable getting my job.
